Privacy policy
How personal information is collected, used, stored and accessed.
What is collected
Through this website, personal information is collected only when you choose to submit an enquiry. That may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, location and whatever you write in the enquiry message.
You are asked not to include detailed employee, health, complaint, grievance or incident information in an initial enquiry.
How it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, to understand what you are asking about and, where relevant, to prepare a proposed scope of work. It is not used for marketing without your consent and is not sold or provided to third parties for their own purposes.
Clinical and consulting records
Where counselling, coaching or consulting work proceeds, separate records are kept in accordance with professional and legal obligations. How those records are held, how long they are kept and who may access them is explained at the start of that work, before you share anything sensitive.
Confidentiality and its limits
Confidentiality applies to professional work, subject to limits that are explained before the work begins. Those limits concern serious risk to a person's safety, legal requirements, and any reporting arrangements agreed in writing as part of an organisational scope.
In organisational consultation, findings are generally reported as themes and patterns rather than attributed to named individuals. In smaller teams, complete anonymity may not be possible because circumstances can identify a participant. Where that applies, it is explained before anyone takes part.
Storage and security
Personal information is stored securely, and access is limited to what is necessary to provide the service. Information no longer required is disposed of securely, subject to any retention periods that apply to professional records.
Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Requests can be made using the contact details on this website.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please raise it directly in the first instance. If the matter is not resolved, a complaint can be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Privacy enquiries can be directed to the email address on the contact page.
